答え：A（was written）／主語 The report は「書かれる」側。受動態〈be＋過去分詞〉が入ります。
第2問 She is ___ than her sister.
A. tall B. taller C. tallest D. more tall
答え：B（taller）／than があるので比較級。tall は語尾に -er をつけて taller にします。
第3問 They have ___ finished the report.
A. yet B. ago C. already D. still
答え：C（already）／現在完了の肯定文で「もう終えた」を表すのは already。yet は主に否定・疑問で使います。
第4問 We look forward to ___ you soon.

答え：D（seeing）／look forward to の to は前置詞。うしろは動名詞 -ing になります。
